Job description: CRM Dynamics Functional Consultant
- UK-based Functional Consultant who would have in depth experience on prototyping in sandbox, table creation, security role/positions creation, Power Automate flows creation, OOTB Dashboards and Power BI dashboards creation - a plus if they can write scripts and real-life experience of leveraging copilot and agentic AI.
- FCs in the UK would need to be able to interact directly with senior business stakeholders to capture requirements and then prototype/undertake low code configuration.
- Should have a positive experience with the product modules of Sales, Service, and Sales Field Service.
- Good understanding of the platform features and where the platform capabilities can be enhanced and met by using Power Platform.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills and senior stakeholder management, as they will be working closely with senior business bankers.
