We're working with a growing, Microsoft-focused technology business investing heavily in data, reporting, and AI. As part of this growth, they are looking for a Data Analyst to play a key role in shaping how data is used across the organisation. This is not a back-office reporting role. You'll work closely with stakeholders across multiple business areas, helping them understand and use data more effectively. THE ROLE

Build and develop Power BI dashboards and reports
Work directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver insights
Help move the business from ad hoc reporting to scalable, structured analytics
Support migration from legacy reporting (SSRS) to a modern Azure-based environment
Contribute to improving data quality, accessibility, and usability

Power BI (core focus)
SQL / SQL Server
SSRS (legacy exposure)
Azure / Microsoft ecosystem
Strong experience with Power BI (dashboards, DAX, data modelling)
Confident working with stakeholders across the business
Solid SQL skills
Experience with SSRS or legacy reporting tools is beneficial
Someone proactive with a high-agency mindset who can take ownership
