In this role you will:
-Create, own and champion the respective Digital Product roadmap (incl. core milestones) across all relevant booking centers (UK, Guernsey, Switzerland, US, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Luxembourg) in line with GPB's strategy, priorities and customer needs - in full adherence to Group's/GPB's legal and regulatory frameworks
-Actively contribute and provide input to the further development of the GPB Digital Strategy and Proposition - based on the deep understanding of the GPB client needs
-Outline and manage the project team to deliver the Digital Product involving all relevant stakeholders and contributors in the project team, working actively with associated Business Analyst(s)
-Deliver clear, high level, business requirements, breaking down requirements to deliverable units, working in an agile and collaborative way in line with Scaled Agile principles
-Work collaboratively with group brand and experience stakeholders to ensure UI and UX for new products/services are in line with mandated standards and frameworks
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
-Working knowledge of Private Banking, understanding of GPB client needs and behaviour in general and for the specific Digital Product - across all booking centres and for all relevant markets GPB is focusing on - desirable
-Expertise in managing regulatory and legal issues, e.g. cross-border and product distribution topics, relevant for each Digital Product across all booking centres and all digital channels - essential
-Strong experience of Digital business is essential, while experience with travel, lifestyle, and/or other consumer product development is a strong advantage.
-Willingness and content-based capability to challenge stakeholders and project team members in a constructive, collaborative way
-Deep understanding of agile delivery principles and quality software engineering processes and practices
