We are seeking a highly experienced Identity and Access Management Operations Administrator to join our dynamic team and play a critical role in ensuring the security and efficiency of our organization's logical access systems, with a focus on access management. Your primary responsibility will be to provision/deprovision access to financial systems ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices Role & Responsibilities:

• Perform life cycle activities for Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML), file, and user permissions, maintaining a consistent and efficient delivery approach.
• Prioritize and handle Service Requests and inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks and responses.
• Remediate incidents and escalate to relevant teams when necessary.
• Ensure adherence to policies and standards while completing all tasks and duties.
• Maintain accurate audit trails to support internal and external audits.
• Monitor service levels and provide reports to the Head of EUC.
• Assist in information collection, preparation, and reviews to support audit, certification, and access remediation.
• Produce comprehensive IAM documentation suitable for various stakeholders.
• Continuously evaluate IAM services, standards, processes, and documentation to identify areas for improvement and drive the function's development.
  
  Strong knowledge of Information Security and Risk Management.
• IAM solutions, standards, and processes.
• the IAM life cycle, including request and approval, provisioning, certification, toxic combinations, and privileged access management.
• Role-based access control (RBAC), least privilege, and permissions management.
• Microsoft Entra (Active Directory) and ITIL systems and tools.
• Experience working in an IAM operational function in the financial services sector
