Full Job Description
- Leverage Azure, Microsoft .Net, Ansible, and Terraform for application development and management.
- Implement and maintain ITIL processes to enhance service delivery and management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within a large organisation to ensure seamless service management.
- Manage applications within Azure environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Have experience inan Agile environment, actively contributing to team efforts and processes.
- Utilise tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps as needed.
Proven experience in leading a team of application support engineers.
- Demonstrable knowledge of ITIL processes, with certifications preferred.
- Familiarity with Azure, Microsoft .Net, Ansible, and Terraform is advantageous.
- Experience in application management within Azure environments.
- Ability to work effectively in an Agile team setting.
- Experience with Jira and/or Azure DevOps is a plus.
