What You'll Do

What You’ll Do

Provide 1st Line IT Support to our clients
Monitor and maintain network and server infrastructure
Handle calls, service tickets, and email requests through the Service Desk
Deliver both remote and on-site technical support
Respond quickly to system failures and technical issues
Create and maintain process documentation
Troubleshoot faults and ensure timely resolution
Build and maintain strong client relationships

Work Arrangement:

This role is on-site (not remote).
