Whether you're building your experience or looking for flexible work around other commitments, this is your chance to make a real impact!More about the roleYou'll be working as part of a team looking after business systems where your role will be to support the team by handling and resolving support tickets. Our team's wider focus is on a fantastic project to deliver a new CRM system for the organisation.As a Solutions Analyst, you will be

communicating with a variety of stakeholders, working proactively to provide a quality service to our customers to ensure that corrective actions or resolutions are allocated in a suitable timeframe. Although forming part of the wider IS team, your role will require you to work independently and to problem solve effectively.This is a zero hours contract so there are no guaranteed hours in a working week as work will be offered to you based on the business need. There will be an expectation for office attendance as well as occasional hours worked from home which can be discussed further at interview.Join our friendly and supportive team where your temporary support and guidance to our customers will be invaluable!About youKnowledge, skills, and experience

• Demonstrable experience working in an IT application support capacity or customer facing IT role
• Proficient with M365 and SharePoint
• Understanding of business systems and applications
• Azure server/services, ADFS, Powershell, PowerApps, and Power BI is advantageous
• Working knowledge of; CRM solutions, clinical/veterinary practice management systems, financial/ERP applications
• Strong SQL skills - T-SQL (SP, Views, SSRS, SSIS) and an understanding of Data Transmission (FTP, automation/web services, XML, API)
• The ability to demonstrate, understand and apply our Blue Cross values
