Full Job Description
- Design, support and implement solutions IAM technology and integrations
- Access control and monitoring.
- Work with other teams to agree Implementation plans and effort.
- Design and implement solutions for identity lifecycle, access provisioning, and authentication workflows.
- Integrate IAM solutions with enterprise directories (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP) and third-party identity providers.
- Support the configuration of single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and privileged access management (PAM).
- Identify IDAM requirements, define IDAM designs, support integration, configuration and testing of IDAM solutions and platforms. Key Outputs and Deliverables
- Lead and work within CDIO function to create and deliver an IAM strategy and governance for Ofgem.
- End-to-end user provisioning and lifecycle management.

- Proven experience in IAM/IDAM engineering. (Lead criteria)
- Familiarity with IAM and PAM tooling (e.g., Delinea, Quest, One Identity, CyberArk, or similar). (Lead criteria)
- Hands on experience of IDAM protocols and frameworks such as SAML, OAuth, LDAP, Shibboleth, Active Directory or similar directory services (OpenID Connect is a plus!). (Lead criteria)
- Demonstrable experience working in an IDAM engineering role or equivalent security related discipline, and how these concepts work together to create a secure IDAM environment.
- Be able to evidence good collaborative working within IT and beyond, demonstrating good communication skills (working as part of a project or incident team for example). Desirable Criteria
