At Stratton Court Care Home, we believe that every role has the power to change lives—and not just for our residents, but for the people who work with us too. We are currently recruiting passionate, caring, and dedicated individuals to join our growing team. If you are looking for a fulfilling career where you can make a real impact, we would love to hear from you.
About Us
Stratton Court is an 85-bed care home located in the heart of Stratton, Cirencester. We are proud to provide exceptional residential, dementia, and nursing care in a warm, welcoming, and modern environment.
As part of Aura Care Living, we are committed to creating spaces where residents feel truly at home and where staff are supported, empowered, and valued. We know that the key to delivering excellent care is building a happy, motivated, and compassionate team—and that’s exactly what we aim to do every day.
Who we’re looking for
We are currently seeking to recruit for the following roles:
- Care Assistants – to provide personal and emotional support to residents, ensuring dignity, respect, and individualised care.
Whether you’re just starting your career in care or bringing years of experience, we offer training and development opportunities to help you grow and succeed.
What We Offer
- Care staff rates of pay up to £14 depending on job role and experience
- Full training and ongoing career development
- Supportive, friendly team environment
- Opportunities for progression within Aura Care Living
- A meaningful and rewarding career with real purpose
- Flexible shift patterns (days, nights, weekends available)
- Free on-site parking
- Uniform provided
We value our team and believe in investing in your growth and wellbeing.
Requirements
- First and foremost, you must be friendly, caring, and patient, with a genuine desire to help others.
- While experience is preferred, it is not essential—we welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
- You must have the right to work in the UK.
- Willingness to learn, take part in training, and follow clear policies and procedures.
- Reliability, commitment, and good communication skills.
We’re looking for team players who are compassionate, dependable, and enthusiastic about making a difference.
Policies and Procedures
As part of our team, you will be expected to familiarise yourself with and follow the relevant procedures contained in the Home’s Policies and Procedures file. These are in place to ensure that residents receive safe, consistent, and high-quality care.
If you feel unsure or identify any gaps in your skills, knowledge, or abilities, you are encouraged to raise these with your manager. At Aura Care Living, we pledge to support your development, providing guidance and access to the resources you need to succeed and feel confident in your role.
We take compliance and professional standards seriously—and will help you meet them through clear communication, strong leadership, and teamwork.
Equal Opportunities
Aura Care Living is proud to be an equal opportunities employer. We celebrate and embrace diversity, and we are committed to creating an inclusive, respectful workplace where everyone feels valued.
We expect all team members to treat colleagues, residents, and visitors with fairness, kindness, and respect. A happy and inclusive environment leads to better care, and we are passionate about building a culture where everyone can thrive.
