Full Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a support worker for a young man in his 20s who has complex care needs. The role involves providing daily/nightly care, feeding, physiotherapy, medication management, and transportation. The client is described as a charming and inspiring young man with a wide range of interests, and the support worker will be part of a great team and a supportive family in a lovely environment., The support worker will be responsible for providing a range of care and support services to the client, including daily/nightly bowel, urinary and personal care, feeding, physiotherapy, manual handling, medication delivery, suctioning, and transportation. The client has a spinal stroke, an NG tube, a jejunal feeding tube, and scoliosis, requiring a complex care plan. The support worker will need to have experience in a care environment, preferably with young adults/children, and must have a full UK driving license and vehicle.
