Within the Therapy department we nurture a workforce of home-grown talent and are proud of our staff who have began careers in a Therapy support worker role and have progressed into other specialist roles or registrant roles. Are you: Able to demonstrate experience in Healthcare, have transferrable skills into Therapy. Able to demonstrate an understanding of the role of a Physiotherapist and Occupational Therapist. Therapeutically handle patient in relation to assessment, treatment and rehabilitation. Able to communicate with the appropriate response and manner to both patients and carers / family during emotional times. There is an opportunity for candidates to be offered a training post which would be a Therapy Clinical Support Worker (Band 2) until competencies have been met. We are a friendly and dedicated team. We are keen to support staff to develop knowledge and experience within their job role and along the career pathway. Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with additional weekend working. Part-time opportunities may become available. 22.5 hours available per week. Interview Date: To be confirmed.
