We will provide you with all the training and support you need in your role and will help you develop, should you decide you want to develop your career with us.Who you'll be supporting & more about the role:We have an opportunity for a caring, compassionate and talented Service Leader (Level 2) to join our established management team in the Sefton area managing 2-3 supported living services.As a Service Leader (Level 2) you will work under the supervision of the Regional Manager and will lead and manage a team of Support Workers across your services. You will ensure the teams provide the support needed to make a real difference to the lives of the people we support, assisting them to live independently in their own homes and to live their best lives possible.It is essential that you have good knowledge and experience of working within a social care environment and an, understanding of the regulations and, challenging, so we are looking for someone who understands challenging behaviour and is able to lead the team to ensure resiliency.
