You will ensure the teams provide the support needed to make a real difference to the lives of the people we support, assisting them to live independently in their own homes and to live their best lives possible.It is essential that you have good knowledge and experience of working within a social care environment and an, understanding of the regulations and, challenging, so we are looking for someone who understands challenging behaviour and is able to lead the team to ensure resiliency.
