Are you passionate about supporting young people and making a real impact in their lives?As a Social Worker with our UASC (Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children) team, you will be at the forefront of providing crucial support and care to children and young people who are seeking asylum without their families.Main Responsibilities
Your role will involve:Conducting comprehensive assessments of the needs of unaccompanied minorsDeveloping and implementing personalised care plansAdvocating for the rights and welfare of the childrenWorking collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams and external agenciesEnsuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirementsConducting Age assessments (following training) The Ideal Candidate
