More detail about the role We are seeking a Specialist Psychologist to clinically lead the Trauma Resilience Hub, based within Devon and Cornwall Sexual Assault Referral Centres. This is an exciting new role within the sexual violence therapeutic sector, which will work alongside a multi-disciplinary team of forensic doctors and nurses, safeguarding specialist, crisis workers and social workers. The Trauma Resilience Hub is an integral part of the system response to adults who have experienced sexual harm and trauma and have complex mental health needs. The postholder will provide clinical expertise and experience in assessment/formulation and delivery of trauma-based interventions, providing case consultation and clinical supervision to those in the sexual violence sector who are supporting adults with complex mental health needs within the community. We are looking for a leader who is keen to support system change for adults who have been raped and sexually abused at a strategic level, establishing and navigating pathways into secondary mental health partners.
Working Pattern: 22.5 Hours per week

Pay: The salary advertised for this position reflects the Agenda for Change 2025/6 rates, inclusive of a 3.6% pay award which will be implemented later this year. If you join before the implementation date, the pay award will be backdated to your start date. Until then, remuneration will be based on the 2024/5 pay bandings.
