Lead and manage SEND provision across the school
Develop, implement, and review EHCPs and individual support plans
Monitor student progress and evaluate the impact of interventions
Support staff with behaviour strategies and inclusive teaching practices
Work closely with senior leadership to drive SEND strategy and improvement
Liaise with parents, carers, local authorities, and external agencies
Ensure compliance with safeguarding, SEND Code of Practice, and Ofsted standards
Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to staff

Degree or equivalent qualification
NASENCO or NPQ in SEND (essential or working towards)
Proven experience within SEN and/or Alternative Provision settings
Strong understanding of SEMH, autism, ADHD, and behavioural needs
Experience managing challenging behaviour and re-engagement strategies
In-depth knowledge of safeguarding, inclusion, and SEND legislation
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
