The successful candidate will provide efficient, effective and timely administrative support for the Social Care Admin and Social Work Team Such support will include liaison with partner agencies and colleagues within the wider health and social care service, ensuring effective communication and administrative systems are maintained to a high standard., To provide efficient, effective and timely administrative support for the Social Care Admin and Social Work Teams.
