Full Job Description
You will work as part of a team providing assessed Care and Support to individuals living within Extra Care. You play a significant role in keeping individuals safe and delivering a quality service that meets the standards outlined by CQC our regulatory body. What You'll Do Your key responsibilities will include:
- Provide a person-centred Care service to Vulnerable adults which will include Personal care and medication administration.
- Deliver a Care and support service which will enhance the lives of older people and ensure they remain independent, in control of their own lives, supported to socialise and join in activities.

- A good understanding of the importance of person-centred care and support.
