As a Reablement Support Worker, you'll provide short-term, person-centred support to help individuals: = Regain lost skills after illness, injury or a hospital stay = Promote independence and confidence in everyday activities like cooking, dressing, mobility, or going out = Encourage and guide rather than "do for" - helping people achieve their own goals = Monitor progress, celebrate milestones, and record outcomes using our easy documentation systems = Work closely with supervisors and healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for each individual Most support plans last up to 6 weeks - some just a couple - making this role ideal for those who love variety and seeing rapid progress in the people they help. ✅ What You'll Need:

• A valid UK driving licence, access to your own car, and business insurance
• A compassionate, encouraging and observant nature
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Availability on alternate weekends
• The right to work in the UK
