Full Job Description
To interact compassionately with patients and carers at all times. Patients have a range of mental health conditions or learning disabilities.

To promote at all times a positive image of Hotel Services and the wider Trust.
You must have the Right to Work in the UK in order to be successfully appointed to this role. Please note, this role does not meet the required eligibility criteria for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa and therefore the Trust is unable to offer sponsorship for this particular role., We require friendly, positive thinking, organised and motivated individuals to work as a Bank Porter/Storeperson within the Trusts Hotel Services Team.
The post holder is a member of a team responsible for providing portering, cleaning and storekeeping duties to office, patient and communal areas within the Trust
You will need to be passionate and enthusiastic about patient care putting patients at the heart of everything you do. You will be working in a multi-professional team and will need to be able to think on the spot and be empathetic. You will be passionate about our business, creating a culture of continuous improvement.
The post holder will be based at Roseberry Park Hospital and will be required to work hours between 6 am -6 pm including weekends and bank holidays.
You should be highly motivated, reliable, and flexible also willing to work at short notice as there may be opportunities for extra hours.
Experience in cleaning duties and use of chemicals and equipment are essential as you will be working in a demanding environment. Catering and food service experience would be beneficial along with a passion to providing high standards of customer service.
