Full Job Description
Agile working allows employees to work flexibly to balance their home and work needs. Employees are expected to work in the office to a minimum of 1 day per week. The Tenancy and Estate team is responsible for providing tenancy services, income management, and estate services to approximately 1300 tenants, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining positive relationships with customers. The Tenancy Officer will undertake responsibilities including tenancy management, tenancy sign-ups, addressing anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches, low-level rental arrears, and providing general tenancy support. The role will include dealing with all aspects of housing management, including regular estate and home visits.
