We're looking for caring, committed female support workers to join our growing team in the lovely village of Wotton Under Edge, around a 35 minute drive from Gloucester - and we'd love to meet you in person!

Place: The Civic Centre, 2 Gloucester St, Wotton-under-Edge GL12 7DN

What makes this role special

• You'll support just one client, giving you the time to truly build trust, understand their needs, and make a real difference.
• Many of our clients have pets, so being comfortable around cats and dogs is important.
• Support includes daily living activities, community outings and appointments - so a full UK driver's licence is essential.

Training & Support You Can Count On!

We provide a fully comprehensive two-week induction and training programme - including 5 days away from home (with all travel and accommodation costs covered).

Who can apply?

Female support workers only, due to the genuine occupational requirements of our current clients. Please note we are not able to provide sponsorship so cannot consider any candidates who require a certificate of sponsorship to work in the UK.

Shift Details

• Split shifts: Day: 8am-5pm, Evening: 8-9pm weekdays / 9-10pm weekends
• Flexibility needed, based on your client's daily schedule
• Part-time or full-time available
