Full Job Description
Are you an experienced care home manager ready to lead a well-established residential service? We're looking for a Registered Home Manager to oversee the smooth running of our client's care home and ensure the highest standards of care for their residents.,
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the residential care home
- Ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care
- Manage, support, and develop staff, including recruitment, training, and supervision
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and care home standards
- Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and local stakeholders
- Monitor budgets and maintain financial oversight of the service
If you're passionate about elderly care, hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, and have strong experience in residential care management, this is your chance to make a lasting difference. What You'll Need - Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Leadership and Management) or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Care Home Manager, Residential Manager, or similar leadership role in adult social care
- In-depth understanding of CQC standards and compliance
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills
- Compassionate, resident-focused approach with a commitment to person-centred care
Competitive salary up to £52,500 - CQC performance bonus
