We are now recruiting Support Workers for ongoing roles within the private care sector across Carmarthen (SA31). If you're experienced, compassionate, and ready to make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of experience providing care and support in the UK
- Proof of right to work in the UK (Please note: we do not offer sponsorship)
- Able to provide two professional references from the last 4 years (one must be your most recent role)
- Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (Desirable)
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (Desirable)
- NVQ or other relevant qualification in Health & Social Care (Desirable)
Pay Rates:
- Weekdays: £15.80 per hour
- Nights & Weekends: £16.00 per hour
