• Shifts are varied - including days, evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins (7am-11pm typical day shifts). A full UK driving licence is desirable. No two days are the same, but every day is rewarding. Your day-to-day might include:
Supporting independence in cooking, budgeting, and household tasks Administering medication and prompting personal care Encouraging and supporting with hobbies, fitness classes, and social outings Helping individuals access community activities and local groups Providing companionship and emotional support Assisting with cleaning, shopping and going to appointments Bringing fresh ideas to enhance the lives of the people we support

Experience in supporting individuals with Epilepsy, physical or mental health needs is beneficial but not essential-we provide full training and ongoing support from our experienced team and management. What matters most is your passion and commitment to making a difference.
