Are you an experienced and compassionate carer looking to make a real difference during the most important stage of someone's life?
NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
Prior experience in a senior carer or end-of-life/palliative care role
Compassionate, calm, and emotionally resilient nature
Excellent communication and leadership skills
A genuine commitment to person-centred care, End-of-life care training (e.g., Gold Standards Framework, Six Steps)
Experience supporting families through bereavement
