Full Job Description
Employability support the worklessness agenda of North East Lincolnshire, delivering a holistic approach to supporting unemployed people on a pathway to sustainable employment. They deliver various employability initiatives including voluntary work-based learning, pre apprenticeships, apprenticeships, internships and intermediate labour market opportunities. They aim to empower local people to become socially included within their communities, whilst also breaking down barriers to employment.
Supported Employment is a work-based employment team that provides a flexible service based on individual needs. Supported Employment supports people with learning and physical disabilities to access employment in both paid and voluntary work by partnership working with other organisations and employers within the public, private and third sector., The post holder is to provide a comprehensive range of administrative services to support the effective running of the service, including providing a professional response to enquiries, straightforward complaints and communications from callers, patients and volunteers, taking and transcribing complex minutes, and processing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail (including electronic). You will also use Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) to produce a range of documents including letters, reports and presentations as directed and provide planning and organisational support for the service e.g. staff rota, service user appointments and effective diary management.
