Our Domiciliary Care Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and quality of life for our residents. You will oversee the delivery of personalized care services in our Assisted Living and independent Living apartments. Managing a dedicated team of caregivers and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Your leadership and expertise are vital in creating a supportive and nurturing environment, fostering independence and dignity for all residents. - Proven experience in managing domiciliary or home care services.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of CQC regulations and UK healthcare standards.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends if required.
