Full Job Description
The postholder will provide professional and quality administrative support and reception service to patients, doctors, other health professionals and all visitors. Works under general supervision and within well established procedures.
Ensure that all patients and visitors either in person or via the telephone are greeted professionally and politely
To be the first point of contact for staff/visitors/Service Users; welcome and direct to the appropriate area/person.
Answer all incoming calls from patients and other health care professionals, divert them appropriately. and liaise with clinicians
