Full Job Description
- Ensure residents are at the heart of the care delivery and their wishes and preferences enhance their wellbeing.
- To supervise staff and ensure that all staff contribute to the efficient running of the service.
- Be responsible for promoting and protecting the welfare of those individuals supported by the service. Working with Others:

We know you will be an experienced care professional with an understanding of medication management and CQC compliance but we are interested in who you are as a person. - Level 3 Mediction
- Good English (written and verbal). Skills:
- Maintain care plans/care records in accordance with the service's policy and audit care records following company policy to ensure compliance.
- Communication skills to build rapport with residents, communicate effectively with them, and inform colleagues, management, and professionals about their needs.
- Problem-solving skills to adapt to and address situations quickly, develop solutions, and recognise/report situations requiring protection.
- Ability to assist residents with daily tasks by following their care plan, this may include bathing, eating, dressing, grooming, and using the bathroom.
- Supervise staff providing residents with support/assistance as they accomplish daily tasks, including bathing, eating, dressing, grooming and using the bathroom.
- Dispense medication following the service's policies and procedures. Previous Experience:
- Previous experience of working in a similar environment., Vocational qualification Level 3 Health and Social Care.
- Level 3 Medication Management.
