Children's Support Worker

Salary: Starting from £25,552 per annum plus £3000 - £6000 pa for sleep-ins. (£62.64 per sleep-in)
Shift patterns - Full time working long day shifts plus sleeps. Full UK driving licence is required for this role.
Are you passionate about making a difference to the life of every child and young person through positive experiences? Could you support children in a homely environment to meet their individual needs and overcome their challenges preparing them to live full and happy lives? You will be joining our settled, family home in a lovely area, where we support 3 young people who enjoy sports and gaming so you will be keeping them busy and active and come to work with a smile every day.
What do you need?
- You must be eligible for registration with Social Care Wales.
- Previous experience isn't necessary as we provide full training and support.
- We want people who are naturally caring, energetic and want to get involved.
- Great communication skills, positive and fun.
- Full UK Driving licence is required.
- Ability to remain calm and to show resilience.
