The Role: Care SupervisorAs a Care Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards of care we are known for, while also providing support and guidance to our incredible team of care staff.Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Mentor and support care staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery
Customer Reviews & Quality Control: Conduct assessments, spot checks, and customer reviews to maintain care excellence
Customer Relations: Be the first point of contact for customers, handling queries with empathy and professionalism
Operational Support: Assist with training, rota planning, and ensuring compliance with care standards
Record Keeping: Accurately update electronic care management systems What We're Looking For Experience: Minimum 3 years in care, ideally with supervisory or senior-level experience
Leadership: Confident in managing and supporting a care team

Skills: Strong IT proficiency and excellent customer service skills
Flexibility: Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential
