We're looking for a confident and motivated Team Manager to lead our Adult Learning Disability Social Work Team in Worcestershire. This is an excellent opportunity for someone already in a management or senior practitioner role who's ready to broaden their strategic impact and take on a new challenge. You'll be responsible for leading a skilled team of social workers, advanced practitioners, social care workers, and support staff ensuring high quality, person-centred practice is delivered consistently. The role involves managing performance, embedding risk management, and driving continuous improvement across the service. You'll work closely with commissioners, partner agencies, and senior leaders to deliver integrated support aligned with the Care Act 2014 and other key legislation. As Team Manager, you'll also oversee budget management and resource allocation, ensuring services are efficient, responsive, and sustainable. Your leadership will be key in maintaining service quality while identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.

• A qualified social worker, ideally with substantial experience in learning disability services.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of relevant legislation and policy, including the Care Act 2014.
• Excellent communication and partnership working abilities.
• Confidence in managing budgets, performance, and service improvement initiatives.
