Full Job Description

Libertatem Healthcare Group is looking for a female support worker to work with a client in St. Austell, Cornwall who has complex needs including an acquired brain injury, partial blindness, neurofibromatosis, cognitive difficulties, and chronic fatigue. The successful candidate will need to have experience working with complex needs/brain injury, a full UK driving license, and strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with the client and build a supportive relationship., The support worker will be responsible for supporting and engaging with the client's personalized routines, including using hoists, completing daily living activities, administering medication, providing emotional support, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
