Full Job Description
As Deputy Manager, you will get the chance to work alongside dedicated management and operational care teams, playing a vital role in developing and maintaining excellent care services. You will be constantly engaging with all colleagues and tenants/residents to ensure care plans are continuously reviewed and tailored to provide the best support, whilst also seeking guidance from care professionals that we partner with. This role will provide you the opportunity to make a real difference in the care services we deliver, using your own compassion and dedication to drive and motivate our fantastic team.
You will have previous experience working at a supervisory level in a Social Care environment alongside:
- Proven track record working at Team Leader level or above in a similar environment
- Experience in delivering excellent person-centred care
- Hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and completion of the Care Certificate
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of care plans
- Knowledge of CQC legislations and requirements
- Strong communication skills
