The Company:
Our client is a leading organisation with international operations

Main Duties:
To provide excellent Administration duties for the German market

The Role:
- To support aministrative tasks & correspondence in German and English.
- To establish and maintain strong relationships with customers
- To assist all clients with queries & compare quotes + give feedback
- To prepare manuals and other information material
- To support the manager in coordinating & monitoring tasks
- To handling potential customers, as well as other requests
- Database management / Administrative tasks, proof reading
- Market research / Monitoring of competitors’ activities
- Liaising with internal departments

The Candidate:
- Fluent in German and English (Written and Spoken)
- Proactive, responsive and able to work under pressure
- Experience of working in an administrative or customer care role
- Strong IT skills, in Microsoft Office.
- Good Verbal and written communication
- A strong administrative flair
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
- Ability to work to strict deadlines

Salary: £20,000 to £25,000 basic + Benefits (Pension, Life Insurance, Income Protection, Season Ticket Loan, Gym discount)
