We are searching for a Senior Regional Administrator to provide administrational & organisational support to the Managing Director and the Operations Team within the Catering Division of Churchill Services Group (Radish). This is a very diverse role which will give opportunity for many various projects to be involved with and will suit someone with real drive and motivation to support the Radish Team.

As a Senior Regional Administrator you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks and below are some to give you an understanding of the role:

Support the Managing Director & Operations team with booking meetings and other requirements where required.
Using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases.
Manage Expenses / Mileage claims being signed off and sent to Head Office for the team.
Complete Customer Reports, Annual Budget Packs and customer meeting agendas and distribute accordingly where required.
Support the Senior Management team with any accreditation documentation if required.
Organising & attending internal and client meetings
To complete weekly & monthly reports, monitoring training completion on a monthly basis including Tool Box Talks, Health & Safety Training and any others as and when required.
Liaise with Operations Managers for any vacancies advertising where necessary and advertising them.
Supporting with Site Mobilisations including ordering equipment, coordinating diaries, creating Health & Safety and Food Safety files and start up boxes.
Collate and complete the monthly Board Report with the Senior Operations Managers and Managing Director.
Produce cycle menu templates seasonally for the Company if required.
Using InDesign to produce/edit marketing and menus.
Produce menu tariffs and amend where necessary as directed by the Operations team.
Liaise with external companies for marketing material.
Support the Managing Director with projects, action plans, letters and reports when required.

As a Senior Regional Administrator, you will have the following expertise and attributes:

Demonstrable experience of working within an office environment providing administrative support.
Diary management using Outlook.
PowerPoint presentation experience.
Creating Itineraries.
Minute taking, Letter writing and arranging meetings.
Dealing with clients and managing expectations.
Working to tight deadlines
Strong PC Skills using a variety of packages including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams.
Strong skills with InDesign and Photoshop are very desirable. A full job description is available upon application.
