Care Workers / Healthcare Assistants required in St Neots and the Cambridgeshire area.

We have residential care homes in St Neots, Biggleswade, Stevenage, St Ives, Cambridge, Haverhill, Ely, Newmarket and more! 

Hours

Early shifts (7am-8pm starts till 2pm-3pm finishes).

Late shifts (1pm-2:30pm starts till 8pm-10pm finishes)

Long day shifts (7am-8am till 8pm-10pm)

Night shifts and sleep in's available. 

Flexible working hours to fit around your lifestyle. 

Duties will include:

  • Assist service users with their personal care needs and help to provide health supervision and attention through direct care as needed
  • Dietary and nutritional requirements of the service user
  • Working in a multi-disciplinary team whilst using your own initiative
  • Ensuring accurate record keeping at all times
  • To comply with guidelines and policies at all times
  • To contribute to the efficient running of the establishment and the creation of an atmosphere conductive to the best interest of service users
  • To encourage service users to remain as independent as possible
  • To carry out any other tasks that may reasonably be assigned to you by Senior Staff

Experience Required

  • Previous experience of working in a care environment
  • Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and listening
  • Have a caring and compassionate attitude
  • Drivers prefered
