What it's like to work here

Oxburgh Hall is a stunning, moated, brick-built Elizabethan house set in the Norfolk countryside. Built by, and still home to, the Bedingfeld family, the house shows a tapestry of change in its architecture but for nearly 500 years has endured determinedly through recusancy, civil war, fire, Zeppelin raids and recently the collapse of a dormer window. Oxburgh is the largest property in the Oxburgh and Peckover portfolio which also includes Peckover House and Gardens in Wisbech, St Georges Guildhall in Kings Lynn and land at Swanton Morley.

It's an exciting time to join the team at Oxburgh Hall. We're about to embark on a £6m project - 'Raise the Roof' - to repair all the dormer windows as well as the roof itself. Your role will be central in providing efficient, effective and flexible business support service to keep this busy property running smoothly.

What you'll be doing

Known for your attention to detail and can do attitude, you'll help provide a comprehensive administration service to your team. As well as assisting with people's diaries and movements, you'll be comfortable using a variety of IT packages to help create reports, keep accurate records, and write timely and accurate internal/external communications. In essence you'll assist with the delivery of an effective business support function.
