HR Advisor – Permanent – Part-Time – £24,000-£26,000 pro rata

We are recruiting for a part-time HR Advisor to join our clients expanding team based near Stowmarket.

The hours of work will be based on 3 days a week.

Benefits of this position include travel expenses to and from work will be paid in your payslip at the end of every month. Also, lunch will be provided daily and a free gym membership.

Main duties include:

  • Dealing with recruitment and liaising with recruitment agencies
  • HR administration duties
  • Providing support and advice to Managers and employees ensuring all policies and procedures and complied with
  • Ensuring systems and processes are up to date and maintained
  • Provide support to ensure the HR Plan is implemented, ensuring day to day activities carried out in a professional manner
  • Provide support and guidance with disciplinaries and grievance hearings, interviews and the training and development of employees

Key requirements include:

  • HR experience
  • Recruitment experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent IT skills
