My client is currently seeking a contracts administrator to join their team just on the outskirts of Norwich. You will be main point of contact, liaising between clients and suppliers providing administrative support and secretarial duties as well as assisting with small sales and invoices.


The role:

  • You will be taking out general office tasks, such as; filing, copying, scanning and assisting to help the running of the office.
  • You will be meeting and greeting all guests.
  • You will be managing the meeting room diaries.  
  • You will be the main point of contact for suppliers and clients.

The person:

  • You will be able to communicate effectively with customers.
  • You will have excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for details to make sure all tasks are complete and all issues are solved.
  • Previous experience of working with Microsoft packages
  • Good telephone manner
