About Us

We are a leading medico-legal agency with a strong commitment to excellent customer service. Due to expansion, we are currently recruiting for an experienced credit controller to join our busy Finance Team.

What is the role?

Maintaining the sales ledger to include sending invoices and statements to customers;

Reconciliation of the debtors ledger and chase for payments of all unpaid invoices and ensure all customer accounts are settled in accordance with the Companys terms and conditions;

Liaising with customers and respond to queries;

Liaising internally between departments.

To be successful in this role, you must:

Have strong organisational skills, with the ability to work to strict monthly deadlines;

Have excellent attention to detail;

Have the ability to work on own initiative;

Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills including verbal, written and active listening skills;

Be commercially aware;

Possess strong IT skills with an excellent knowledge in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Previous experience of Sage 200 Accounts and working in the legal / insurance industry is preferable.
