Scheduling and Service Delivery Coordinator We are advertising on behalf of a well- established provider of comprehensive occupational health and wellbeing services throughout the UK, who are based in Needham Market and are currently looking for a Scheduling and Service Delivery Coordinator

Due to growth within their business, they are looking for an additional dedicated, motivated, highly organised and articulate Scheduling and Service Delivery Coordinator to join their team.

The key focus of this role is to deliver excellent customer service; to schedule and arrange all elements of clinical service delivery; coordinate the work schedules of Occupational Health Advisors and to arrange any required referrals to their wider multi-disciplinary team.

As a Scheduling and Service Delivery Coordinator you will be reporting to the Team Leader you will also be responsible for the following:

  • Accurate business administration and record keeping
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Liaising with customers, clinical staff and multidisciplinary team
  • Ensuring all equipment, records and travel arrangements are prepared for clinical service delivery
  • Maintaining high standards of confidentiality at all times

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Experience in work scheduling
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • To be able to multitask and work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Professional communication skills - verbal, face to face, over the telephone and written
  • Ability to listen and have a good understanding of client needs
  • Excellent IT skills, proficient with MS Outlook, Excel, Word and CRM systems
  • Honest, trustworthy and professional attitude and commercially aware
  • Experience working in a confidential environment, problem solving and adhering to data protection legislation requirements

Perhaps you have experience with workforce planning, scheduling and customer service? If you thrive within a fast paced, multi skilled, team working environment and are interested in this role we would love to hear from you. 

 

This position is Part time hours and this company are flexible with regards to the right hours for the right candidate, however hours worked would ideally be between 20 and 24 per week. Offering a salary of £22000 - £25000 per annum (pro rata)
