Location: Wells-next-the-Sea, Norfolk
Salary: Circa £20,000 (£33,333 FTE), depending on experience

Introduction:
Are you a proactive and compassionate professional with experience in property management? Do you want to make a meaningful difference in a beautiful coastal community?
Homes for Wells, a small local housing association and charitable community benefit society, is looking for a dedicated Housing Manager to help deliver affordable homes to key workers in our town. We currently manage around 30 properties and are proud to provide essential housing solutions in our community.
About the Role
Working closely with our Administrator and reporting to the Chair, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of our properties and tenancies. Your duties will include:
- Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance
- Building strong relationships with tenants and contractors
- Managing tenancy issues, rent arrears, and property maintenance
- Overseeing repairs, inspections, and health & safety checks
- Contributing proactively to board meetings and monthly reporting
- Minimising property voids and supporting prospective tenants
- Managing repairs and maintenance within budget
You’ll be based in our Wells office, working Tuesdays to Thursdays, with some flexibility required for occasional evenings or weekends to meet with tenants or respond to urgent repairs.

- A housing qualification or relevant experience (training available for the right candidate)
- Excellent communication and IT skills
