Full Job Description
- Provide effective technical and administrative support to the Pharmacovigilance team
- Processing of accurate day to day PV data and ensuring company and regulatory timelines are met
- Perform / prepare when applicable monthly reconciliations, track team training, and update electronic folders
- Assist filing, writing of letters, archiving files, etc
- Ensuring that all processes and data are kept in an inspection and audit ready condition at all times
Currently in university education and will be at the time of starting the placement in Summer 2025 e.g. will not be completing degree and then starting the placement - Good time management, organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication (English)
