? Location: Hybrid - 2+ days a week in our Chester HQ
? Team: Product | Reports to: Head of Product, Owner Experience
️ Own and optimise the full onboarding funnel from lead handoff to first booking.
️ Redesign the onboarding experience, blending automation with personalised support.
️ Remove friction across sales, onboarding, operations, and compliance.
️ Partner with UX and engineering to deliver product-led onboarding tools and flows.
️ Track and improve key metrics such as conversion, time-to-activation, and owner satisfaction.
️ Use discovery, data, and experimentation to identify problems and iterate quickly.
Proven experience improving complex onboarding or acquisition journeys.
Background with CRM systems, onboarding flows, SaaS, or marketplace supply.
Clear communicator who simplifies complexity and aligns stakeholders.
Data-driven mindset with experience in funnels, workflow mapping, and segmentation.
? Experience with operational tooling, compliance workflows, or travel/hospitality.
