What Is EQ Academy?

EQ Academy is a six-month accelerated development programme designed for ambitious individuals aged 18-21 who want to build a career in business, sales, recruitment and technology.

This isn’t about making coffee or sitting in training rooms.

From day one you’ll be working on live projects, supporting consultants, engaging with healthcare professionals, using AI tools and learning how modern businesses create opportunities and grow.

By the end of the programme, you’ll have the skills, knowledge and confidence to progress into a Recruitment Consultant position.

Through detailed market research and data curation, you'll build and maintain a market-leading intelligence database that underpins our sales, recruitment, and growth strategy. Your work will transform raw market information into actionable insights, enabling our teams to identify opportunities, engage clients more effectively, and make smarter commercial decisions.
