The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively contacting a database of lapsed and inactive customer accounts with the aim of re-establishing relationships and generating new business opportunities. This role will involve a high volume of outbound calls and requires a confident and professional telephone manner.,

Contacting lapsed and inactive accounts to rebuild client relationships
Conducting high-volume outbound cold calls
Identifying sales opportunities and generating leads
Accurately recording call outcomes and updating CRM systems
Maintaining detailed and accurate customer records
Following up on enquiries and potential opportunities
Achieving individual call and sales targets
Supporting the wider sales team with general telesales duties

Previous telesales, outbound sales, or cold calling experience preferred
Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
Target-driven and self-motivated
Resilient and comfortable handling objections
Strong data entry and administrative accuracy
Good IT skills and experience using CRM systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Contract: Temporary based on business demand and work volume
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday - 09:00 - 17:00 (1 hour lunch)
Pay Rate: £13.00 - £13.50 per hour
Competitive hourly rate of £13.00 - £13.50
