on offer in the practice, including pricing and follow ups.Key responsibilities:Providing an exceptional patient journey both in person and over the phoneManaging the diaries and making sure that the time is filled correctlyWorking with the team to understand the full range of NHS and Private treatment options available within the practiceCompleting relevant forms for NHS and private schemes within a specified timescaleTaking payments and chasing outstanding patient debtLiaising with dental laboratories, supply companies and other organisationsKey skills and experience:Ability to easily build rapport, and work to a high level of customer serviceAbility and passion to build your knowledge of treatment options within the dental sector - becoming an expert on what your practice has to offer!Passionate about driving the success of the practice by seizing opportunities Able to follow processes and work in a structured and organised way Comfortable working to practice KPIs (call answer rate
