Full Job Description

You'll be responsible for identifying, attracting, engaging, and onboarding new MSP and reseller partners (we currently work with around 500).,

  • Identify and target high-potential partners, including MSPs, VARs/resellers, distributors, and system integrators/consultants, that align with our growth strategy
  • Execute outreach campaigns (email, social, events) to engage prospective partners and generate interest in our partner program
  • Articulate the business value of partnership with our platform and software, tailoring messaging to the partner's commercial and technical interests
  • Own the partner acquisition pipeline from initial contact through to contract signing and first customer activation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition post-signing
  • Track performance metrics such as acquisition rate, partner activation velocity, and campaign ROI to refine strategy
  • Stay abreast of trends in partner ecosystems, including competitor program and emerging channel strategies in SaaS
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop collateral and content to assist with the recruitment of new partners
  • Contribute to building scalable and repeatable acquisition workflows and playbooks to support volume growth

We are also a fully remote-working company. The ability to work comfortably, safely, happily and productively from home is essential for thriving in this role., Proven experience in partner acquisition or channel sales, ideally with experience in the Microsoft ecosystem
  • Strong understanding of solution selling and experience in commercial negotiations, with the ability to clearly convey value and ROI
  • Knowledge of the SaaS landscape, partner business models, and how to structure win-win partnership propositions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging C-level decision-makers as well as technical stakeholders
  • Highly driven and autonomous; thriving in a remote, goal-oriented work environment with a significant appetite for delivering growth
  • Capable of managing many partner opportunities in parallel, with strong attention to detail and pipeline hygiene
  • Comfortable using CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) and familiar with reporting and sales enablement tools
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment and iterating quickly based on feedback and results
  • Able to assess partner fit beyond immediate revenue potential - considering alignment with product roadmap, customer segments, and long-term value
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
