Exciting Opportunity for an Experienced Care Home Sales Executive in Oxfordshire: -- -- Contract: FTC 18 Months -- -- Reporting to: Senior Marketing Manager -- -- Location: Wing View Care Home -- -- Salary: £33,000.00 (pro-rata) 30 hours across 4 days (occasional evening and weekend) plus commission scheme -- -- About the role... -- The key objective of this role is to be the sales individual responsible for driving and managing new sales specifically for Wing View Care Centre, aiming to achieve 75% of potential occupancy in the first 18 months after opening and hitting self-funded occupancy targets. You will be dedicated to Wing View, to help drive and support new enquiries, show rounds, and contract agreements. This role will be officially based out of Wing View Care Centre, but until it is fully open, your temporary base will be Fremantle Court. Your role will require some travel primarily in the Buckinghamshire region. About you... By working closely with the Home Manager, Area Operations Manager and Regional Marketing Manager, along with the wider marketing and PR team, you will provide support in ensuring that a high level of awareness and positive reputational profile with the local community and key health/social care stakeholders is achieved. You will take on learnings and practices established by previous OSJCT new openings and implement these for Wing View. You will be responsible for managing the New Client Enquiry pipeline and its conversion into admissions, supported by the Operations team to ensure that Wing View reaches its budgeted occupancy and revenue targets. You will seek to continuously feed the enquiry pipeline for Wing View, making the most of every new enquiry and ensuring optimum conversion to long term permanent residents. You will work closely with Wing View colleagues, the Customer Service team and other Marketing colleagues to achieve successful outcomes that reflect the home's individual unique selling points.
